Our client
The Société québécoise d'information juridique (SOQUIJ), a government organization whose mission is to provide legal information to the general public and to legal professionals.
SOQUIJ mandated En Clair to help with its new website, JuridiQC . Created in 2020, this site offers citizens tools which allow them to prepare legal procedures online in an autonomous way.
Our mandate
To simplify the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the JuridiQC website.
The result?
A policy which can be read in about 5 minutes !
A simple, concise, easy-to-read policy... that complies with the law. (The simplified version was validated by a lawyer specializing in the protection of personal information).
Clear and concrete headings
We wanted citizens to be able to detect the key messages at a glance. How did we achieve this?
We clarified the headings by using concrete and common words that the citizen can understand.
We created level 2 headings to highlight the key messages.
